Botanical Expeditions
Some of the species found at Bosque Guardián were identified by the Royal Botanical Expedition to the Viceroyalty of Peru. This information is now preserved in the archives of the Royal Botanical Garden of Madrid.
The following species, found at Bosque Guardián, is documented in the collection of the Berlin Botanical Garden and Botanical Museum; also highlighted in Nova genera et species plantarum, vol. 4 (1820, illustrated by P. J. F. Turpin).
These species, which can also be appreciated in Bosque Guardián, are found in the archives of Kew Royal Botanic Gardens, United Kingdom.
